​​Biography
Jeff DePaoli was born and raised in Reno, NV. He began music lessons on the piano at the age of 7 and continued on to learn marching and concert percussion and eventually study music education at The University of Nevada, Reno.

In the last decade, he has been the featured soloist with ensembles around the Reno/Tahoe/Carson area, given composition master classes, and taught many students both in the public school system and privately.

Jeff has performed with a wide array of ensembles including the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra, Reno Chamber Orchestra, the touring Broadway casts of "Chicago", "Hairspray", "Mamma Mia", Petula Clark, Tony Bennett, and many others.
He has written and arranged many pieces of music including an award-winning percussion ensemble piece entitled "Perspicacity", as well as orchestral arrangements for The Beach Boys and The Reno Philharmonic Orchestra. He also donated his time to be the primary arranger for "Closing of the Year", the first track on the album Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation: More Hope for the Holidays, which features such names as Weezer, Collective Soul, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, and many others.

Jeff DePaoli is currently working on the composition of a major orchestral work tentatively entitled "11", this piece tells the story of the Apollo 11 mission and is due to be completed by mid 2013.
